Our founder
For more than two decades, I have dedicated my career to building successful businesses, creating opportunities, and delivering projects that make a lasting impact. Originally from Brazil, I have proudly called the United States home for over 20 years, where I have built my businesses and pursued my passion for entrepreneurship.
Throughout my career, I have successfully operated companies across multiple industries, including automotive, finance, logistics, real estate development, and construction. These diverse experiences have given me a unique perspective on business strategy, operations, financial management, and project execution—skills that continue to shape every development we undertake today.
Entrepreneurship has always been more than a profession; it is my passion. I enjoy identifying opportunities, solving complex challenges, and transforming ideas into successful ventures. Every business I’ve built has strengthened my commitment to integrity, innovation, and delivering value to clients, investors, and the communities we serve.
Today, my primary focus is real estate development and construction through Sunrise Homes and X-Built Developers. By combining strategic planning, thoughtful design, financial discipline, and quality craftsmanship, our goal is to create communities and homes that stand the test of time while exceeding the expectations of our clients and partners.
